Our distinctive regional cheeses are handmade on the Prom Country Cheese farm using the pure fresh organic milk of our own cows which graze in the pristine rolling lush hills of South Gippsland. It's here where we have been dairy farming since settlement around 1880.
The Prom Country Cheese label was launched in 2012 to showcase the regional origin of our milk. Our range of traditional cheeses includes natural-rinded hard cheese, soft cheese, marinated and blues.
In March 2020 we were approved as the first commercial cheesemaker in Victoria to produce uncooked, entirely raw cheese under strict new food standards regulation. You can read more about this process here.

Our hidden valley is in the lush South Gippsland hills between Bena & Inverloch, home to an amazing ecosystem that includes the Giant Earthworm that lives in our deep chocolate loam soils.
