You can find Prom Country Cheeses in selected specialty stores and delis all around Australia. If your local store doesn't have it, please ask them if they can source it. Generally, you won't find our cheese in supermarkets, as traditional cheeses have varied best-before dates and often need the attention of an experienced cheesemonger as they mature.
You can also email us to find your nearest stockist.
Prom Country cheese may be seasonally available and vary in texture and flavour throughout the year. Live cultures in the cheese continue ripening with age, at the same time preserving and protecting. Products in your local retail outlet are ready to eat, however, you may choose to monitor it over a couple of weeks if you prefer a stronger flavour.
