From the lush organic pastures of 'Glen Moidart' located along Lance Creek, Victoria, Australia, rich organic milk is produced from a contented, happy herd of cows eating a 100% pasture diet. Enjoying each day outside protected from the weather elements by remnant bushland and generous plantings of shelter trees.
You can taste the quality of this milk and care in the Prom Country Farmhouse cheeses that are carefully nurtured from milking the cows at daybreak, through to the making of the select mature cheeses ready to be dined upon at your table.
'Glen Moidart' was settled in 1886 by Daniel's Great Great Grandfather. Daniel is the 5th Generation dairy farmer to cast his watchful eye over these beautiful pastures and dairy cows.
In May 2022 Daniel and Chelsie took up the reins of Prom Country Cheese. Their commitment can be tasted in the quality of their premium Farmhouse cheeses that are produced for your enjoyment.
